Gregory Lan Ijiwola serves as the Lead Pastor of the CityLight International Assembly churches headquartered in Chicago, which he co-founded with his wife, Debo.

Gregory is also the CEO of the affiliated nonprofit, The Life Development Center, through which he facilitates the Leading Lights Network, a training and mentoring network of value-grounded leaders in with thousands of members in several nations.

Gregory Lan has an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering, a Master’s in Urban Studies from Moody Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D.in Organizational Leadership from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Gregory was also a fellow of the Black Church Leaders program at the Martin Marty Center for the Public Understanding of Religion at the University of Chicago Divinity School.

He is passionate about Spirit-led, purposeful and maximized living, missions, church systems, innovation, community transformation, and leadership. He has written extensively on these and other subjects and speaks frequently on them internationally at various gatherings.

Gregory and Debo are blessed with three children.
